The apps that take long loading times like Sims 3, Metal Gear Touch and Oregon Trail… all of them work much faster. Everything is really faster than ever. The iphone 3GS features a CPU with 600MHz and 256MB RAM (changed form 400MHz and 128MB) so, a much higher performance for the future apps! The OpenGL ES 2.0 graphics standard is also great for the visual boost. Now, talk about video quality, it is really good. According to Apple, it is up to 30 frames every second and it comes pretty close. The video is smooth as hell, the recording part is not great in deemed light as it’s a limitation of the camera. The ‘tap-to-focus’ feature carries over to video, so you can use it to ‘aim’ the camera at a specific part of a scene.
The Nike+ support works fine, it enables you all to run the features smoothly. It comes with a stereo Bluetooth headset, so listen to music, run and also answer a call.
